With a well-devised strategy, you can take your business to the next level.
Do you agree that there are three most important components of your company:
- Marketing and sales,
- Product and service,
- Cashflows and continuous management.
It’s like a three-legged stool: if you remove one foot, the company will fall over. We have seen so many good (manufacturing) companies, where marketing and sales are neglected, and they need to struggle to survive.
A product and service may be good, but if there are no marketing or sales, then a company will not last. It’s the same story with the other components too. If there is no good product or service and no positive cashflow, then nothing is going to happen. A business without positive cashflow is nothing more than a great hobby, which leads to spending more money rather than earning it.
Focus on Internet marketing! Where shall we shift this focus?
This is very clear, but it may not be easy: we start thinking together about how your company could make more money. And we do not count fans, clicks, reaches, visits, website time, bounce rate, branding numbers, shares, or other soft metrics.
It’s much more useful to measure e-mails, the number of inquiries and orders, the average order size, the percentage of requests for closing, sales, profits, and the revenue/ cost ratio of each sales or marketing channel.
