EstEmploy helps Estonian workers find fairly-paying work in Scandinavia while empowering Scandinavian companies to scale their workforce as needed. However, the company lacked a trustworthy website and was not growing as a result. Building a site that was not only functional, but brought in new business, became the clear first step.
The project needed to achieve two goals. First, it needed to attract reliable employees in Estonia who could be sent to Scandinavian countries. Secondly, it needed to generate interest in Scandinavian countries and bring in new leads from companies requiring staffing assistance.
In order to achieve this, we focused on four key areas; proper site structure, creating trust, anticipating customer questions, and eliminating fears. Once the website was complete, we also set up Google AdWords, crafted paid Facebook ad campaigns, and began posting to Facebook groups where EstEmploy clients appeared to drive people to the website.
Not only did this increase website traffic dramatically, but it gave us opportunity measure the results. From there, we set up goals in Google Analytics and studied the data, so we could understand where customers were coming from and focus marketing efforts on people most likely to convert.
