Our initial collaboration with Hõbenool began in 2013, and since then, we have helped them develop two websites that have supercharged company growth.
This particular client was active in forums related to his field, and as he shared knowledge, people using the forums took interest and became his first customers. This was a good start, but he needed more interest to grow the company, so designing an impactful website was the natural first step.
With Hõbenool’s website, trust was paramount. We needed to be able to explain various services and why they were necessary in order to set visitor’s minds at ease. While we were able to continue channeling potential leads from forums to the website, we also leveraged high-quality content to increase trust and improve organic search rank.
The results were impressive from the very beginning.
- Within 1.5 months, website sales increased and began delivering returns over and above what the client initially invested in marketing and design.
- For the first three months, the website bounce rate hit just 29%.
- In the third month, 40% of website traffic was coming from organic search.
Hõbenool thrived with these adjustments and expanded, adding more workers, superior equipment, larger better-equipped rooms, and a new office in Tallinn.
By 2018, Hõbenool was ready to scale up with website improvements again. Though the previous version was good, we now had a better understanding user needs and behaviors, so we completed a comprehensive keyword analysis. This enabled us to create a content strategy that helped Hõbenool appear in more searches and rank higher than before, further increasing traffic.
In addition to content strategy adaptations, we made a few additional tweaks to the site, such as a new homepage. The chart presented here shows the results generated by the new content as well as the increase in leads generated via the site’s contact form.
